Do I need all my money at registration day?
No, you do not need to have your complete tuition on registration day, however, you must have enough to make the first payment for the payment plan you choose. Our three payment plans are outlined in the cost section. Click here to go there!
Can I get a letter for my insurance company, proving that I am a student at RMC?
Yes, and as an accepted student who has paid their deposit, you will be able to fill out an insurance letter request. We will get it right out to you!
If people sponsor me for tuition is that considered a tax-deductible contribution?
Many students have individuals who sponsor them for tuition here at RMC. Unfortunately, per the U.S. tax code, giving towards tuition is not considered a tax deduction. Giving towards your missions trip is considered tax deductible.
Is a high school diploma required?
Yes, we require a high school diploma or a GED of each applicant to RMC.
Will I need a vehicle?
Each candidate must bring their own car when they come to RMC. This car must be in good working order. Students will put many miles on their vehicles: having a car in good mechanical condition is vitally important. If you believe you are unable to bring a car to RMC, please contact our office
Is health insurance required?
Yes, each student must provide proof of health insurance upon arrival. RMC is not responsible for a student’s hospitalization, doctor’s fees, or health related costs.
Can I work?
RMC is a full-time experience. The purposes of RMC require 100% dedication. No student is permitted to work at an outside job and quite honestly, the schedule would not allow for it.
How can I raise money for tuition?
Start saving now! Many students work a job or two to raise money prior to their coming to RMC. Some students send support letters to family, friends, their church, and local businesses in their area to raise monthly supporters.
How long does it take for the application  process?
It is our  heart to see the will of God come to pass in your life. The  application process involves one, up to two, phone interviews  in which we strive to discern the right direction for your life. Once we  receive your application we will contact you for an interview  after which, we will pray over the application and seek God’s direction. Within about two weeks after the interview you will  receive a response letter from RMC.
Do all students get to travel on ministry trips?
It is our desire for each student to have this experience. There are times, due to the size of our student population, there simply are not enough travel opportunities to provide this chance for every student.
Is everyone automatically accepted?
No. RMC is not the right place for everyone who applies, nor is everyone who applies right for RMC. We are not looking for perfect people, but we are looking for people who desperately want to know God more.
What are you looking for in prospective students?
The ideal RMC student is one who hungers to know Jesus intimately. We rely strongly on your local pastor’s or youth pastor’s recommendation of your spiritual maturity: however, we realize that every person is a work in progress. The student who will benefit the most from the RMC experience is the one whose greatest aim in life is to know Christ and to make Him known.
When does the year start and end?
RMC begins at the end of September and the program ends the second week of June.
Are there any breaks during the year?
A five day Thanksgiving break and an almost four week Christmas break. Specific dates are available on line in the accepted students section.

If you have any further questions you may call and ask for the Dean of Admissions (815-877-5000).
